Stop worrying for everything. To me it is unnecessary.

Worrying about what was happened will keep you in past, it doesn’t help you to move ahead.

You may worry for someone else, but not in front of them. Because, if they affected person itself try not to care of what has happened to him, worrying in front of them will push them down and leads to stress.

Don’t worry about what has happened instead you may think what has gone wrong and what should I do to make it right.

Worrying too much may lead to stress and depression.

Try to be cool.
