Most of the world is suffering from a disease. The people who are affected by this cannot will have a long bright life.

It doesn’t spread through any natural way. It grows inside our body. We create it ourselves to ruin our healthy body.

Don’t panic. The disease is nothing but the one that I wrote it as a title.

Those who are affected by it can only gets more and more additional friends of it. Such as stress, loneliness, anxiety,etc..,.

But, I don’t care.

There are some who achieved in life after all. So, what to do if you wanna become something in your life.

First get up. Relax. Cool yourself. Come outside. Be brave. Motivate yourself. See your target. Set the path. Stand against the whole world if you need. Achieve.

  1. I used to think I needed to wait to feel motivate first before I set out to do something. We don’t have to wait for motivation to get started. If you want to make something happen everyday you have to get going anyway regardless of how you feel.

  2. The reaction to such a post depends on what stage of depression one finds themselves in. I think I’m past my current nadir — so I am in agreement with the strategy. A few days back, I would have probably reacted to how Chrissie did.
